Patricia Neal was 84 years old when she passed away on August 8. She was a magnificent film star, bursting onto the scene in 1949 with roles in John Loves Mary, The Fountainhead, and The Hasty Heart. She was a force through 1957, when she had a pivital role in A Face in the Crowd with a young Andy Griffith. Her film career cooled after that, although she had a memorable role in Breakfast at Tiffany's in 1961.
We remember the beauty, charm, and grace that was Patricia Neal.
